The same platform in three amounts of build. Tell us the stand and the footfall and we will tell you which one it is.
All packs are hired for the dates you need. Crew rig and de-rig are costed by location and event.
A camera and screen on a totem with a roll-up backdrop. Day-rate hire for a stand or a showroom.
A walk-in booth for a feature stand, a conference break-out or an awards night.
Built into the stand or the venue, to the brief.
On the floor
Most of what goes wrong with a booth at a show is logistics, not software. These are the answers to the questions the stand builder and the venue will ask.
Footprint and power
The Totem stands on a shell-scheme stand. The full booth draws around 320 W before speakers, from a standard socket.
Lead time
Two weeks minimum for anything carrying printed artwork. Artwork templates for each pack are supplied at the start, not the end.
Self-serve by default
Guests run it themselves from the first tap to the sent email. Our crew rig it before doors and de-rig it after. Nobody needs to stand next to it.
Lead capture with consent
Email address and consent are part of the guest flow, with the wording set per event. Everything exports as CSV, and tracked QR codes count scans from the stand as well as shares from the booth.
Delivered before they leave the stand
The photo or video reaches the visitor’s phone by QR code, email or SMS while they are still in front of you.
Own connection
Each booth carries its own 4G router. Venue wifi is not on the critical path.
Venue and compliance
Organisers ask for the same documents at every show. These are the ones we hold.
Insurance
We are fully insured. The certificate is available on request.
Risk assessment and method statement
Prepared for each event and venue on our standard safe system of work form, covering the rig, the de-rig and the booth in use.
Electrical
All current booths are under a year old and were supplied new. Portable appliance testing is available on request where a venue requires a certificate.
Crew
Rig and de-rig are carried out by our own crew, costed by location and event. During the event the booth is unattended by design.
Power
Around 320 W for the full booth before speakers, from one standard socket. A Totem draws less.
Monitoring
Every booth reports a heartbeat. If it stops, we know before the stand does.

The show or the venue, the dates, roughly how many people, and what you want them to walk away with. That is enough for a shape and a price.
Early days? A name, an email and a rough month is enough. We reply from studio@apexlstudios.com, usually within one working day.
